Overall Review: I would most certainly buy this product again and you bet I would HIGHLY recommend this to a friend and even an enemy which I don't have any so there ya go, I'm one happy camper now that I have my AWESOME freekn AWESOME keyboard back. Pros: I ordered a keyboard YESTERDAY and it arrived TODAY.Ive never had this happen before.I'm def doing the egg from now on.Ill look there FIRST from now on.The keyboard is refurbished and to me it looks brand new and is brand new.Works flawlessly.I love the logitech k-830 for my htpc.Ive had many kp's before but what I like about the k-830 is 1 the track pad is much better than having to pack a mouse everywhere I want to go and 2 every key is lit up.There is nothing more annoying than having to find a light just to see the keyboard And 3.Ive owned a few of these keyboards and the battery life is by far the best Ive seen in an electronic device.It lasts for months without having to recharge it.And finally 4 when I sit on them and they break they don't leave any splinters. Implementing these two tiny changes, and making the whole thing slightly lighter, would make this an absolutely perfect product for it's intended purpose. A feature to always use the last set setting and then just have ambient as one of the cycle-able options would be much more convenient, and simple. Currently it defaults to ambient each time it turns on and once changed, turning it off and back on is the only way to switch back to ambient. Back-lighting adjustment could be a little better. It is a little difficult for me to reach, however, even with my very large hands.

Only not a con because rarely do you ever see that feature anyway, and the F5 is by default programmed as right click once the software is installed. I would much better to be reachable by thumb rather than index finger, and a right mouse click button would be even more helpful for right-click and drag operations. Overall Review: -The left hand mouse button is a handy feature, but it's implementation makes it only slightly helpful. I personally love that the main body is a sort of blueish "off-black." It's just subtle enough to be unnoticeable most of the time.Ĭons: -Not much except the implementation of the right hand mouse button/s (see "Other") and back-lighting. The options it provides are extremely limited, however, and for some may be too limited. Installing the optional software, at default settings, makes the touch-pad much more pleasant to use. Back-lighting is adjustable, but could have been implemented better. I'd say it's more solid feeling than it is unwieldy. A little heavy for an HTPC keyboard, but that just adds to how solidly constructed this thing feels. I feel like I basically got a new item for half the price. Pros: -Came well packaged in basic, non retail packaging, like you might expect a brand new OEM/bulk item to, in brand new looking and fully functional condition.
